Handy Tips
Eucalyptus Oil
Eucalyptus helps soothe your nasal passages and alleviates minor muscle aches and pains and muscle soreness. Topically, it can also soothe and soften your skin.
You can use eucalyptus oil on a folded tissue or handkerchief, breathing in slowly to soothe your nasal passages. Carry one when you're traveling by airplane to combat the effect of the dry, re-circulated air. It can be used in any situation in which you’re required to remain in close proximity to others, such as in churches, movie theatres, auditoriums, buses, and trains.
You can also add one or two teaspoons of the oil to running water in your bath to create steam-laden, soothing vapors. Or create a “facial spa” by adding 15 to 20 drops of the oil to a bowl of hot water, and covering your head with a towel as you inhale the vapors.
Plus, you can use it as a household cleaner, and to wash woolen items in the washing machine—it gives things that ultra clean smell. Few things are this versatile, or so easy to use.
The eucalyptus oil called V-Vax is made from a potent variety of Australian eucalyptus and is very effective. It's 100% organic, pure, and natural. The oil is extracted using a chemical-free, double-distillation process to ensure the highest level of purity.
